Degree in Economics and Business Sciences from University of Barcelona.  Master's Degree in Tributary Law and Financial Consultancy from University of Barcelona. Jorge has been financial department director in a consultancy company and actually is the back office and compliance manager of VAT Company in Barcelona.

New Business Section
Certificate in Business Sciences from University of Barcelona. Degree in Business  Administration and Direction  from ESERP (Barcelona).  Master's degree in Marketing from ESERP (Barcelona). Mireia develops her activity in the Marketing area where she is responsible for the management of contacts and contents, coordination and organization of events and advertisement of the group services.

Finance Director
Holder of a degree in Economics from the Universidade de Coimbra  (University of Coimbra), specialist in Taxation and Accounting. Consultant to a number of professionals, investors and companies on a range of finance, accounting and taxation issues.

Finance Department
Holder of a degree in Engineering from the Instituto Superior de Agronomia  (ISA)  (Higher Institute for Agronomy) and holder of a postgraduate qualification in Management and Business Strategy from the Instituto Superior de Línguas e Administração (ISLA) (Higher Institute for Languages and Administration). She has developed key skills in the area of finance, specifically in the Management of Suppliers, Clients and Banks, at both the national and international level.

Accounting Department
Holder of a degree in Management from the Universidade Autónoma de Lisboa (Autonomous University of Lisbon). She began her professional career in the insurance company VICTORIA – Seguros, S.A. where she was responsible for managing client portfolios. She is currently working in accounting where she is responsible for all accounting and tax compliance issues.

Accounting Department
Trained in accounting at the ESTGP of the Instituto Politécnico de Portalegre (Portalegre Polytechnic Institute). She is currently working as an accountant and is responsible for all tax compliance issues for companies as well as reporting operations. She is also responsible for the Human Resources area.

New Business Section
Holder of a degree in Public Relations and Publicity from the Instituto Superior de Novas Profissões (Higher Institute for the New Professions). She developed her skills as an Executive Secretary before moving into VAT Company’s New Business Section.

Marketing Department
Holder of a degree in Media Studies from the Universidade de Minho (University of Minho). She has experience of working in the fields of Journalism, Public Relations and Marketing. She currently works in VAT Company’s Marketing Department.

Business Development Manager
Holder of a degree in Law from Lisbon and postgraduate qualifications in Banking Law, Stock Exchange Law and Insurance Law from the Universidade de Coimbra (University of Coimbra). He also holds a postgraduate qualification in Tax Management in Organisations from ISEC - Instituto Superior de Economia e Gestão, Universidade Técnica de Lisboa (Higher Institute of Economics and Management, the Technical University of Lisbon). After a traineeship with a highly regarded firm of lawyers in Lisbon, he moved on to become legal adviser in Portugal to one of Europe’s largest financial groups. He acts as consultant to professionals, investors and companies on a range of tax matters, specifically in the areas of the national and international taxes and VAT, with a focus on larger clients. He has spoken at various seminars on tax matters, both in Portugal and abroad. He is author and co-author of a number of studies and opinion articles on the subjects of tax planning and VAT. He is a member of the International Tax Planning Association (ITPA), VAT Forum, IVA International Association and the International Fiscal Association (IFA).

Consultant
Holder of a degree in Law from the Universidade Católica Portuguesa – Lisbon (Portuguese Catholic University). Member of the Social and Economics Council. Author of a range of articles on Taxes. Trainer of Advanced Technicians at the IGFSS -  Instituto de Gestão Financeira da Segurança Social (Institute of Financial Management and Social Security) in the areas of Rights and Guarantees in Administrative Law and Tax Liens.

Consultant
Holder of a degree in law from the Lisbon Faculdade de Direito (Law Faculty) and a postgraduate qualification in Tax Law from the Instituto Superior de Gestão – ISG (Higher Institute of Management). Following her traineeship with a highly regarded firm of lawyers in Lisbon, she has been working in the areas of Tax, Commercial and Real Estate Law, helping a number of professionals, investors and companies.

VAT Reclaim Manager
Degree in Administration and Finances from Occidente University , Culiacán, Sinaloa. Masters Degree in Business Communication from University of Barcelona. She occupies the role of customers management, customers assistance and VAT reclaim.

Customers assistance
Degree in Economics from National University Federico Villarreal of Lima, Master's Degree in Economics and Management of the Fishing Activity from University of Barcelona. Assistant  in the VAT reclaim office of the VAT Company Asesores Fiscales.

Customers Manager
Degree in Economic Sciences from Trujillo National University, Peru. Master's Degree in Business Financial Direction  from University of Barcelona. Financial Management ESADE (Barcelona).  Actually she is responsible for customers management and Intra community VAT reclaim.

Financial Department
Certificate in Business Sciences from University of Barcelona. Responsible for the administrative areas, credit control, contact with national and international providers, treasury support and management of payments, acting as Finance Manager of VAT Company Asesores Fiscales, S.A.

Director
Holder of a degree in Economics from ISCTE. She did her traineeship at the Instituto de Água (Water Institute) where she used her expertise in socioeconomics as a member of the team responsible for drawing up the first National Water Plan. She started working here in VAT Reclaim, billing and the control of credit and suppliers in our Finance Department as well as contributing to projects in the area of Marketing. She now heads up the VAT Reclaim section.

New Business Section
Holder of a degree in Linguistics from the Faculty of Arts of the Universidade de Lisboa (University of Lisbon), a postgraduate qualification in editing techniques and training in marketing. She started her career in a well-known Lisbon publisher. She currently works in the area of Marketing where she is responsible for managing contacts and contents, event coordination and organisation and the publicising of the group’s services.

Client Management
Holder of a degree in Economics from the Universidade Lusíada (Lusíada University). Executive Master’s in Relational and Communicational Marketing from INDEG/ISCTE. She has worked in a prominent multinational corporation where she was responsible for credit operations. She is also an Accountant. She is currently working in the client management department.

Client Management
Training in accounting and economics. She began her career in accounting. She currently works in developing direct client contact and providing support to logistics companies, and has also been involved in the area of VAT Reclaim. She is a member of the team in the client management department.

Finance Department
Training in the area of Accounting, Taxes and Company management from ISCAL. Her professional duties include dealing with clients, credit management, contacts with national and international suppliers, giving support to the accounts department and managing payments.
